About me

I’m Natalie Knight, a specialist paediatric dietitian with a passion for supporting the nutrition and wellbeing of babies, children, and teenagers.

I work closely with families and young people to help manage growth concerns, feeding difficulties, allergies, fussy eating, and more complex medical needs. My approach is always practical, compassionate, and tailored to the unique needs of each child and family.

I have over 15 years of experience working within the NHS, including roles at Southampton Children’s Hospital, Manchester Children’s Hospital, Royal Preston Hospital, and University Hospitals of Morecambe Bay.

While I have greatly valued my time in the NHS, I am now expanding my work to offer accessible, specialist paediatric dietetic support both locally and through virtual consultations.

Alongside my professional experience, I am also a mum to two young children. My eldest was born very prematurely at 27 weeks, giving me first-hand insight into the challenges families can face.

We experienced many of the same difficulties that many families face – feeding challenges, concerns around weight gain, and the emotional impact of navigating early nutrition and development.

These experiences have shaped my approach – I understand how overwhelming feeding concerns can feel, and I strive to offer calm, practical, and compassionate support that fits into real family life.

I take time to listen, provide guidance, and support families without judgement.

You can contact me at hello@healthyfutures-dietitian.co.uk and I shall endeavour to respond within one working day.
