Group sessions

Group sessions offer a supportive, relaxed environment where you can learn alongside other parents who may be experiencing similar challenges.

Always led by myself, a specialist paediatric dietitian, these sessions provide practical guidance, reassurance and the opportunity to ask questions in an open and friendly setting.

As well as expert advice, group sessions often bring valuable shared experiences, helping you feel less alone and more confident in supporting your child.

Cow’s Milk Protein Allergy Group Sessions

These sessions are designed for parents of babies and children with cow’s milk protein allergy, offering both expert guidance and peer support.

You’ll receive clear advice on managing a milk-free diet, understanding food labels, and ensuring your child’s nutritional needs are met. The group setting also provides a safe space to share experiences, ask questions, and connect with other families facing similar challenges.

Weaning Group Sessions

Starting solids is an exciting milestone, but it can also bring uncertainty. These sessions are designed to guide you through the weaning journey with clear, evidence-based advice tailored to your baby’s stage of development.

You’ll gain practical tips on introducing foods, building balanced meals, and navigating common concerns, while having the opportunity to ask questions and learn from other parents’ experiences.

Other group sessions

You don’t need me to tell you that the subject of paediatric nutrition is incredibly diverse and complex, so there are bound to be those who would benefit from group sessions covering additional areas of my work.

If you have any suggestions for future group sessions to cover any other topics listed here on this website, please contact me and we shall see what can be arranged.
